Hardworking, pragmatic

I am pleased to endorse Christine Sweetland for Centennial City Council District 2.

I’ve known Christine for over 20 years as a fellow resident of District 2. She and her family are well-liked and respected by all their neighbors. Christine is friendly, outgoing and kind to all. She is also a successful small business owner, and has served as our neighborhood’s HOA president as well as on numerous neighborhood and church committees.

As a City Councilmember, Christine has been extremely hardworking, dedicated, thoughtful, pragmatic and responsive. She is committed to listening to and representing all of her constituents. Her background as a real estate appraiser helps her in evaluating Centennial projects and initiatives.

As RTD’s retired general counsel, I worked closely over 30 years with elected board members and other representatives. I can say without hesitation that Christine Sweetland is as capable, qualified and dedicated as any representative I’ve met. I’m proud to know Christine and endorse her for Centennial City Council.

Takes the Initiative

I moved last spring just 2 blocks away to a townhome. I am old school and still mainly use my land line. CenturyLink said they couldn’t reconnect it because of the construction on Arapahoe Rd.  Kept on telling me this month after month. After about 4 months I decided to call my Centennial city council reps.  Christine Sweetland was the one that replied (thank you very much). Don’t know what you did but by the next week my phone was working. Thank you for helping me.  Really made a difference in my life to have phone service.

Good luck with getting re-elected.
